This agreement is very straight and simple. It is intended to be used if only the domain name itself is transferred. You acknowledge that you or the new registrant and no-IP have entered into a domain name registration agreement (hereafter referred to as the “registration agreement”). No additional or other conditions in an order or acceptance or similar document are binding unless they are carried out by authorized representatives of both parties. The renewal year is lost if the domain name has been renewed within 45 (45) days of the expiry date; forty-five (forty-five) days have not passed since that expiry date. You understand and accept that no-IP is not responsible for this lost year and that no-IP will not be credited to your domain this year.
