There is no waiver of collision damages in this chapter that excludes the exemption from damages caused by the mere negligence of the lessor or common driver in the sense of p. 46.2 to 1408. Such an exclusion, which is contrary to this section, is annulled. This section is not considered to be a prohibition on the exclusion of damage intentionally caused by the driver of the lease or vehicle, or as a result of intentional or intentional misconduct or gross negligence, driving while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or damage caused during a speeding incident.
