That was the first thing I have learned from my coach. It is also important to learn to estimate the pace. I did not stick to these rules today in my #tempo training in #Stromovka but it was actually fun. #running, #praguerun, #traininghard, #tempotraining, #intervals Letos jsme to rozjeli ve velkém stylu. Snídaně s dědečkem, babičkou a mamkou Lůďou alá kilo šunky s křenem, chlebíkem a vánočkou všechny navnadila… Vánoční trhy v Nurnbergu jsou proslulé. Z Prahy to přitom jsou necelé 3 hodinky jízdy po dálnici. Vyráželi jsme něco po 7 ráno a… O prodlouženém víkendu jsme stihli hrozně moc věcí, návštěva v Kobero, kde jsme udělali trochu užitečné práce, pokáceli strom a zasadili 2 stromy… To… Máme za sebou skvělý víkend v rodinném kruhu. Program byl hodně našlapaný, ale věřím, že vydařený a že se všem zúčastněným líbil… Zase někdy… Tak jsme se zas po dlouhé době vypravili někam vlakem a opět s RegioJetem… Všem můžeme vřele doporučit, prostorný, čistý, můžete si objednat z…Travel
